DashNet is an independent game development team created by Orteil (Julien Thiennot) and Opti. The team is best known for creating Cookie Clicker, the popular incremental game that began as a browser game in 2013 and later expanded to other platforms. DashNet also develops experimental browser games and tools, including Neverending Legacy, Idle Game Maker, and RandomGen.
